Returns & Exchanges

At YEOREO, we want you to love your fitness gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
